The shoe (1) has an external sole (2) comprising a damping layer presenting an open cavity (50) on a side of a connection surface. The cavity is formed between fragments (41-43) of an out sole (31). Appendices (51, 52) are issued from the fragments, where the appendices are joined together. The damping layer presents a boss at a level of a heel (7) from a side of a support face. The boss is provided at perpendicular to the cavity across the thickness of the damping layer.
