The device has a case supported by a harness for being maintained on shoulders of a carrier, and a rigid belt made of PVC. The belt allows a user to easily fix a Tanacom(RTM: broadcasting medium) module with a rapid fixation system e.g. hook, screw or bolt. An adjusting device is provided at the level of the belt so as to adapt the belt to corpulence of the carrier of the module. A TV screen (1), a portable computer, a universal serial bus (USB)key or a compact disk-DVD player is installed within the case.
