The harness has a shoulder strap (3) and a pouch (4) integrated to a belt (1), and reflective strips (5) applied on the shoulder strap. The pouch has length, width and breadth comprised between 3-10 centimeters for containing an object to be carried. The belt has ends connected between them using a Velcro(RTM: fabric hook and loop fastener) strip (2), where the belt has a length comprised between 70-180 centimeters and a width comprised between 2-12 centimeters.
