The ring (2) has a support (6) fixed under parts (4) e.g. pendant, of a body of a motor vehicle e.g. terrestrial vehicle. A cradle (5) is fixed under the support using a fixing body. The parts of the body project toward bottom that is utilized for supporting the cradle. A metal rod (8) is folded to form a loop, and two parts of the folded rod are engaged between two parallel plates (9) that are separated by a spacer. An axial boring is provided for passage of a fixation screw for fixing the cradle with the body parts.
