The device has a toothed wheel (1) constituting a part of a shaft (5) of a rotary reactor. Presses have two jaws (15-18, 20). A pressure unit (24) exerts pressure for producing elastic deformation of blades (27), which generates elastic torque applied to the shaft and restoring moment applied to an end (26) of a lever (21). The blades apply a resultant of forces to the end of the lever and reinforce the reactor with a geared tooth (28) exerting push on a tooth (29) of a frame (12) that exerts a reactive force of propelling the reactor when a trigger (14) is actuated by a user.
