The device (1) has a suction turbine (3) with a motorization (9), a suction pipe (5) and a discharge chute (6) assembled in a mechanically welded frame (2). The frame is equipped with a fixing unit (10) to fix the frame on a rear rack (14') including an upper edge (19) and a lower edge (18). The fixing unit is constituted of a vertical grip (20) formed of an upper jaw (21) to support relative to the upper edge and the lower edge. The upper and lower jaws are moved vertically with respect to each other and associated to an operation unit (23) for spacing and connecting the jaws.
