The device (1) has a seat surface (3) assembled with a frame (2) for supporting a part of the seat surface of a user. A support for a chest region (4) is assembled with the frame. A base plate (5) is provided between frame parts of the frame, and partly consists of a flat plate. Rollers are fastened under the frame. The distance between the seat surface and the base plate is adjusted and fixed. The distance between the support for the chest region and the base plate is adjusted and fixed.
