The bottom (10) has a mobile board (1) having a scooter footboard (2) and raised by an electric mechanism (18) till a level of a bridge or a level of an upper surface of a base cushion of a rear seat. A handlebar is located on a wheel axle (3a) and rotated around the axle from a rest position at a lower part of the footboard to an operation position. A telescopic tube and a rigid or telescopic connecting rod are provided in the handlebar. A guiding unit holds the handlebar in the operation position.
