The device has downstream channels (32) arranged in a downstream ramp (2). Upstream channels (31) are arranged in an upstream ramp (1) and associated in an arrangement permitting to turn a role in communication with the downstream channels corresponding to the downstream ramp by transversal displacement of the upstream ramp with respect to the downstream ramp. The upstream ramp is moved along a periodic movement determining a repetitive permutation cycle of connections between the downstream and upstream channels. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a machine for conditioning tablets in cells of a moving strip, comprising a channeled distribution device (2) a method for implementation of a channeled distribution device in a machine for conditioning tablets in a moving strip.
