The heat exchanger (10) has a bundle (16) of tubes (18) arranged between collector boxes (12, 14) for circulation of fluid (F1), where each collector box includes a collector and a lid. The bundle includes an inactive tube (18i) which is not traversed by the fluid and forms a thermal barrier between the parts of the bundle. A sealing joint (28) of one of the collector boxes includes an obturation part (26) to partially close an end (20i) of inactive tube opening in the collector box. A transverse partition divides the collector boxes into two compartments.
