The device (1) has a metal transport conduit (2) for transporting fibrous or moistened pulverulent composition, and a discharge nozzle provided at an outlet of the conduit. An aqueous foam injection unit injects aqueous foam into the transport conduit via an injection conduit. A compressed air injection unit (8) injects compressed air inside a portion of the transport conduit arranged between the aqueous foam injection unit and the discharge nozzle. Two compressed air inlet openings of the air injection unit are arranged on a portion of the transport conduit along a longitudinal axis. An independent claim is also included for a process for discharging a fibrous or pulverulent composition.
