The cover (22) has a gutter (24) for permitting discharge of swept water on a windscreen (13) through a windscreen wiper, and an exterior skin (25) in flush contact with the windscreen. An interior liner (26) is connected to the exterior skin and fixed on a window post (10). The gutter is formed near an edge of the exterior skin and an edge (26a) of the interior liner. The gutter projects on the exterior skin and includes a groove with a U-shaped cross-section opened toward the edge of the exterior skin.
