The assembly has a cylinder (12) i.e. flexible hollow capillary cylinder, supplied with liquid. A flexible piston (14) i.e. wire-piston, is mounted slidingly and axially in the cylinder in a sealed manner. A toothed rack (18) controls displacements of the piston in the cylinder. A drive wheel (26) drives the toothed rack. A rotary motor (22) i.e. electric stepper motor, drives the drive wheel of the toothed rack in rotation. A reducer (24) transmits rotational movement of an output shaft of the motor to the drive wheel of the toothed rack. A control unit controls the motor. The cylinder is made of a plastic or synthetic material.
