The device has a seat reception plate (1) that allows a handicapped person (4) to sit on a personal molded seat. An upper support strip (2) and a lower support strip (3) are positioned by a link mechanism (20). The two support strips support a back part of an animal, where the support strips are fixed to the link mechanism by non locked bolts or nuts. The plate is made to slide in adjustment tubes by rod tubes, and locked by a threaded locking star bolt. Positions of the upper support strip are disengaged with a space of the plate by an upper adjustment T section.
