The structure has insulating wooden panels (10) and posts (6) mounted between T-shaped galvanized slides by pressure using a two dimensional press (12). The slides connect, adjust and improve insulation of the panels and posts. Each panel is constituted of two oriented thin laminated sheets and a central insulating part that is made of compressed wood fiber or polyurethane. A top part of the structure is fixed on a top rail, and a bottom part of the structure is fixed on a wooden or concrete slab.
