The device comprises a servo electric motor (10) between the axis of the wheel (15) and the axis of orientation (19) of the wheel. Said electric motor performs a counterbraking and a steering of concentric trajectory of the wheels relative to the trajectory of the center of gravity automatically during the tilting of the vehicle. The invention makes it possible to drive a narrow reclining vehicle like a car without using a 2-wheel type driving training by keeping the vehicle in equilibrium without load transfer in the event of transverse stress.
