The box has indirect attach units arranged for receiving attaching units of a light support (4). The indirect attach units are fixed on a base, and a threaded hollow tube is extended from the base to level of an opening, where the opening is closed by a cover. The tube is oriented perpendicular to a surface of a wall or a ceiling. The indirect attach units include a clipping assembling unit for fixation of the light support. An independent claim is also included for a light support comprising a direct attaching unit.
