The method involves realizing electric connection studs (14, 24) on one of surfaces (12, 22) of each of electronic circuits (10, 20). Fusible cords (42-46) are formed on a surface including the studs of one of the circuits to define a cleaning liquid flow channel in a connection zone, consecutive to the fusion of the cords. The circuits are positioned for matching their respective connections. The obtained assembly is heated to induce fusion and welding of the studs of the circuits. The welded connections are cleaned by passing cleaning liquid. One of the circuits is an infrared radiation detection circuit, and another circuit is a signal reading and exploiting circuit. An independent claim is also included for a method for forming an infrared radiation detector.
