The invention proposes to make a disposable device, comprising all the reagents necessary for the detection of one or more particles of interest, and can be integrated into a detection system incorporating simple means of automatic fluid management . To this end, the subject of the invention is a disposable device for the detection of one or more particles of interest present in a liquid sample, comprising a support provided with: a capture chamber of the one or more particles of interest to be detected; a fluidic channel connecting, upstream, the capture chamber to a reservoir of buffer solution; o means for injecting the liquid sample; o a reservoir of labeling probes capable of attaching to the particle or particles of interest to be detected; and a fluid channel connecting, downstream, the capture chamber to a liquid recovery tank that may flow, in use, from the capture chamber.
