The device has a fixation unit (MF) integrated to a removable device (SE). An articulated arm (BA) has a part (P1) integrated to the fixation unit, and another part (P2) with an end coupled to the former part. A coupling unit (MC) is integrated to another end of the latter part and coupled to a strap (SC). A control mechanism (MT) is mounted on the arm. The mechanism authorizes the tilting of the latter part towards the bottom by a user, and the raising of the latter part towards the top by the user, in case of actuation.
