The guardrail (10) has a horizontal rail (14) placed between posts (13) for facilitating fixation of solar energy collecting panels (20). Height (H) of the guardrail on a side oriented towards the south is in the order of 2 m for placing a doubled surface of the solar energy collecting panels. An upper protection handrail (12) is placed at the height of the guardrail. A stand (11) fixes the guardrail on a roof (2) of a building.
