The mattress, spring mattress or seat has an elastically deformable structure (1) comprising springs (2a-2f) maintained in a lining envelope. The structure is deformed based on predetermined comfort criteria. The springs are placed horizontally and parallely in a length or width direction of the mattress, spring mattress or seat. Each spring is constituted by continuous spires whose length corresponds to the length or width of the mattress, spring mattress or seat, where the dampening action is carried out in a transversal direction of the spires of the springs.
