The grid (10a) has a fixed perforated sheet comprising a set of openings distributed on a part of circumference of the sheet to assure passage of airflow. A movable perforated sheet is superimposed on the fixed perforated sheet, and comprises a set of openings distributed on a part of circumference of the movable sheet to assure passage of the airflow. The latter sheet is movable in rotation such that modification of position of the movable sheet modifies the position of the latter set of openings with respect to the former set of openings for varying the rate of obstruction of the grid. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a distortion device comprising an outer distortion grid (2) a method for regulating obstruction rate of airflow in a jet engine by using a distortion grid or a distortion device.
