The hedge has an overelevation system (9) attached with an end of the hedge and designed to withdraw part of weight of the hedge. The overelevation system is a strut that is articulated and driven manually. The strut is connected to a toggle lever system. The overelevation system is connected to a lifting jack. A pivot (1) comprising a tube mat having plates to support bearings. The overelevation system is utilized to elevate the hedge during rotation operation.
