摘要

This paper proposes a novel fuzzy logic controller called dual mode linguistic hedge fuzzy logic controller (DMLHFLC) for an insolated wind-diesel hybrid power system with capacitive energy storage (CES) unit. In this controller design, advantage of the superior characteristics inherent in the dual mode concept, linguistic hedges and the search ability of genetic algorithm-simulated annealing (GA-SA) algorithms are considered. The proposed controller is implemented in the hybrid power system with CES unit and simulated. The sensitivity and robustness of the proposed controller are also tested. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.
