The sensor (10) has a transparent sheet (1) comprising a smooth application face to which cutaneous surface (20) is intended to be applied. The transparent sheet comprises a vis-a-vis reason having identical microphone-prisms. Another transparent sheet (2) is arranged parallel to the former sheet. The latter sheet comprises a pattern that is applied in such a manner that a ray penetrating a focusing unit (3) with a slope is compared to an optical axis (Z-Z) of the focusing unit, so that the ray is arrived at a defection surface of a detector (4).
