The device (1) has multiple flaps (2) equipped around parallel axes (3), where the flaps are in a closing position under an effect of weight of the flaps in a vertical position of the device. A maintaining unit (4) maintains the flaps in the closing position, and opposes openings of the flaps under the effect of the weight as long as a certain angle of inclination with respect to the vertical position is not attained when the device is in a position inclined with respect to the vertical position. The maintaining unit is constituted of an axial spring.
