The structure has base plates (3) arranged along a roof area and located in gravels that cover a flat roof to allow ballasting of an assembly of the structure without overloading. Two C-shaped supports (4, 5) with two U-shaped metal side rails (2) are located on the base plates and along a north-south axis. Transversal metal bars (7) connect the supports to each other, and are oriented in east-west direction. A metal anchoring piece anchors the side rails in a vertical structure of walls of a building if the structure does not provide guaranty of resistance by ballasting.
