The drying installation comprises a longitudinal support comprising members (8) for spreading on each of which one of webs is intended to be suspended for drying. Each member have a longitudinal axis, and contact with the longitudinal support through a unit for rotation along an axis of rotation extending parallel to their longitudinal axis so as to ensure the winding of webs around the members for stretching. The unit for the rotation of each spreading organ comprises a support shaft, which extends the spreading organ and is assembled with the longitudinal support by a pivot connection along an axis of rotation for forming the axis of rotation of the spreading body. The support shaft comprises a unit for transmission to contact with motor to ensure the rotation of the spreading member according to the respective rotation axis. The support shaft are each provided with a toothed wheel centered on their respective axis of rotation and forming the means of transmission, in that the gears of two juxtaposed support shafts are coupled with each other and the gear of one of those support shafts is able to be driven in rotation by a motor. The support shafts each comprise two opposite ends arranged on either side of the longitudinal support, where the both ends are extended by one of spreading members. The spreading members comprise two longitudinal rods, which are arranged at distance from one another and parallel with respect to the axis of rotation of the spreading member. One of the edges of a web is intended to be attached to one of the rods to ensure its vertical suspension from the spreading member towards the ground and so that the rotation of the spreading member around the rotation axis causes the winding of the web around the two rods. Rectangular webs are formed at peripheral edges of the members, and one of the peripheral edges is provided with a hem forming a longitudinal housing to be fixed on one of the rods. The spreading members protrude from the beam support, and have a base associated with a unit for rotating by a removable securing unit. The longitudinal support contacts with a unit for guiding and moving in height to form a vertical movable carriage so that the spreading members are operable between a low position, for making loading/unloading operation of webs easy and a high position for the complete suspension of web above the ground during drying operations. The longitudinal support is guided vertically by the lateral posts. The unit for moving in height comprises a mechanical actuator contacting with the longitudinal support and with rotational unit. Two sensors are arranged for defining the end positions of the high and low limit of the longitudinal support. The spreading device comprises a movable frame equipped with the longitudinal support, and a moving device comprising a fixed frame equipped with a motor. The spreading device and the moving device comprise a unit for rapid complementary coupling so that the motors of the moving device allow the rotation assisted by spreading members of the spreading device and optionally vertical movement assisted by longitudinal support.
