The arch has a reinforced concrete highway bridge (1) resting on two parabolic aluminum arches (2) supported on a reinforced concrete pile (6). A reinforced concrete railway bridge (3) rests on two beams of a steel cable (4) that are coated with aluminum and held between the piles. Aluminum posts (5) are connected at a distance of 20 meters. The bridges, the cable, the arches, diagonals and aluminum spacers form the structure of an element. The spacers and a form element of beams, and aluminum structural components are assembled together by welding.
