The invention relates to a device for transiently contacting at least one biological target capture unit with a body fluid containing them, and a method for recovering these targets captured for analysis. The invention applies to samples made in particular in vivo in body fluids of the human body, for example circulating body fluids, these fluids possibly containing, as targets, proteins, oligonucleotides such as RNA or DNA, antibodies, enzymes or cells. A device (1) for bringing into contact according to the invention comprises: - a sampling tip (2) having a contact end intended to be introduced into a medium containing this fluid, and - said or each capture unit which is bonded to said end and which comprises a capture medium (3) defining a target capture surface covered by at least one biocompatible and porous cross-linked polymeric layer (4) adapted to retain said or each capture medium and to pass through that biological particles including said targets smaller than a size limit, so that said or each capture medium is recoverable after contacting by dissolving said or each layer.
