The device has a distribution plate (10) comprising juxtaposed chutes (11) intended to receive drain plugs equipped with a seal. The plate is inclined such that the drain plugs slid in the chutes by gravity. A removal system removes the drain plugs that are not provided with a seal. The removal system is formed by a set of indices that is situated on two sides of the chute at an outlet of each chute. The set of indices is dimensioned so as to retain the drain plugs equipped, with the seal on the outlet of the chute, and let pass for removal of the drain plugs, without the seal.
