The method involves casting a support column located inside an enclosing cylindrical wall (4). Materials contained in an enclosure defined by the wall are drained until reaching an impermeable substrate layer. A construction of an internal parking zone structure is realized inside the wall below a covering slab, where the wall constitutes a helical upward circulation ramp (24) coaxial to a helical downward circulation ramp (20). The ramps comprise matching points (26) allowing the circulation from one ramp towards other, where one of the ramps comprises a set of parking places (22). The support column has an upper capital (6) made of reinforced concrete. The covering slab has beams made of prestressed concrete. An independent claim is also included for an underground parking zone structure comprising a closed outer enclosure.
