The sterilizer (1) has a sensor or detection cell that detects hands entering in an opening (5) and starts a vibration pump aspiring a liquid i.e. i.e. hydroalcoholic solution, contained in a liquid reservoir. The liquid is brought to an electrovalve installed beside the pump that pulverizes the liquid for a preset duration by a spraying nozzle when the liquid is brought into the pump, where the electrovalve, the pump and nozzle are placed in a single unit. The electrovalve is integrated between the spraying nozzle and the pump.
