The cell culture box comprises wells (10), a microstructured chamber (15) for dynamic cell culture, and a sample port (22) in the wells and having a height above any point of the chamber. Each chamber is directly connected to an outlet well. The sample port comprises a movable stopper, and an inlet for a female connector comprising a cover. A lower box covered with a tight cover is maintained in the box by a clamping unit. The cover comprises a male connector perfusing the wells, and female connectors through inlet and outlet wells. The cell culture box comprises wells (10), a microstructured chamber (15) for dynamic cell culture, and a sample port (22) in the wells and having a height above any point of the chamber. Each chamber is directly connected to an outlet well. The sample port comprises a movable stopper, and an inlet for a female connector comprising a cover. A lower box covered with a tight cover is maintained in the box by a clamping unit. The cover comprises a male connector perfusing the wells, and female connectors through inlet and outlet wells. Each microstructured chamber is connected to inlet wells and outlet wells, where each well is perfused by a male connector. The female connectors and wells are connected to the same male connector perfusing the wells. The connector is inclined according to an alignment formed by the male and female connectors. The lower box includes a multi-well plate, and a microsystem. Bottom holes are inserted on a micro-connector interface of the microstructured chamber. The microsystem consists of a bottom plate including an imprint of the microstructured chamber and a top plate. The connectors are fixed to holes perfusing the chambers through holes of the top plate. A probe is disposed in a stopper of the sample port. A membrane insert is disposed in the wells. An independent claim is included for a system for dynamic cell culture.
