METHOD FOR MANAGING ORGANIZATION OF MEETINGS OF RELEVANT PERSONS, AND ASSOCIATED DEVICE

The method involves searching existence of persons having names stored in correspondence with a word in a database (BD) that is accessible via a communication network (RC), where the word has a relation with a definition word of meeting of the persons in order to provide a list of the names of the persons susceptible to participate in the meeting. The name of the persons associated to organization managing information is determined in the list of the names. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a processing device for a communication equipment connected to a communication network (2) a computer program comprising a set of instructions for managing organization of meeting of persons.
