The separator has a distillation column (7) that is provided inside a cooling box (1) having main axis. Auxiliary elements (17,19) are attached to outer side of bottom portion of the box. Three support elements (11A) are provided in predetermined position of the bottom portion of the box or in adjoining region of the bottom portion and wall portion (5) of the box. The support element is extended in direction of the main axis to locate the auxiliary element between the bottom portion of the box and edge portion of the support element in main axis direction.
