The installation (1) has a case (3) equipped with a filter (23) to retain pollutants conveyed by air flows (2, 5, 9), where the air flows circulate inside the case. The filter is rotatably assembled around a rotation axis (26) inside a wall (27) of the case. The wall delimits a downstream volume (17) of the case, where the downstream volume is equipped with air delivery nozzles (11-13) that deliver air towards a cab interior (10) of a motor vehicle. An air evacuation nozzle (34) evacuates air toward outer side (6) of the motor vehicle. An independent claim is also included for a method for carrying regeneration of a filter.
