The terminal (3) has a connection unit connecting the terminal to a structure (4) e.g. wall, of a vehicle. The connection unit forms a pivot connection around an axis that is perpendicular to direction of a passage of a control cable (1) in the terminal, where the cable is slid in a sheath (2). A blocking unit blocks pivoting of the terminal with respect to the structure of the vehicle, where the terminal is connected to the structure of the vehicle by the pivot connection. The sheath is supported against the terminal. An independent claim is also included for a control device for controlling a unit of a vehicle.
