The device (D) has a close field reading unit (ML) arranged to authorize activation/deactivation of function in event of reception of an identifier. Main and auxiliary virtual keys (C1, C2) storing identifiers of the reading units are read by the reading units, respectively, when the virtual keys are located in its immediate vicinity. The reading units are arranged to utilize the latter identifier to control the function in the event of request of deactivation of the function followed by presentation of the auxiliary virtual key in its immediate vicinity.
