The method involves placing a rigid projecting element (30) on a rigid or non rigid support (3), where the rigid projecting element is arranged in a growing zone of an oyster (2) to create an obstacle bypassing growth of the oyster for facilitating an opening of the oyster. The projection element is provided with a flat element that is extended along a perpendicular plane or a junction plane, where the support consists of a deformable matter made of synthetic foam. An independent claim is also included for an oyster breeding device, comprising a rigid or non rigid support.
