PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a map element arrangement device which is capable of adding a map element having a spread or a size in conformity with a deformed map.;SOLUTION: A map element arrangement device includes: a geographical coordinate setting unit 13 which sets geographical coordinates to a deformed map; and a map element arrangement unit 14 which adds a map element having a spread or a size to the deformed map to which the geographical coordinates have been set by the geographical coordinate setting unit, and arranges the map element in conformity with the deformed map.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
