PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution cable for a solar cell module which suppresses an excessive current that keeps flowing through the distribution cable even when the distribution cable connecting the solar cell module with a power collection box causes a ground fault.;SOLUTION: A distribution cable for a solar cell module 13, which is formed by a pair of wiring 12p, 12n connecting with a solar cell module 11, includes: a detector 16 connecting with the pair of wiring 12p, 12n and detecting a ground fault of a current flowing through the pair of wiring 12p, 12n; and a breaker 17 connecting with one of the pair of wiring 12p, 12n and interrupting the current flowing from the solar cell module 11 to the one wiring when the detector 16 detects the ground fault.
