PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control other power generation equipment by calculating a total installation area of a solar panel in a predetermined area so as to grasp total generation power of the solar panel.;SOLUTION: A generation power control device 1 comprises: a current satellite image storage unit 110 which stores a current satellite image in which a solar panel in a predetermined small area is picked up; a solar panel area calculation section 210 which calculates a total area of the solar panel installed in the predetermined small area based on the current satellite image stored in the current satellite image storage unit 110; a solar panel generation power calculation section 240 which calculates total generation power of the solar panel based on the total area of the solar panel calculated by the solar panel area calculation section 210; and a power control unit 20 which controls generation power of power generation equipment other than the solar panel based on the generation power of the solar panel calculated by the solar panel generation power calculation section 240.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
