PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge garbage before the garbage tangles to be hard in a screen cylinder of a solid-liquid separation recovery device.SOLUTION: The solid-liquid separation recovery device includes a body part 3 which includes the screen cylinder and a screw and separates slurry into solid and liquid components; a press lid 13 which prevents the solid component (garbage) in the slurry from being discharged; a lever 15 which swings around a hinge 12 together with the press lid 13; and a translation device 18, a coil spring 16 being trained about between the lever 15 and translation device 18. The lever 15 and the coil 16 function a biasing unit of biasing the press lid 13 in such a direction as to prevent the garbage from being discharged. The translation device 18 serves as spring length adjuster of varying the length of the coil spring 16 and also as biasing force adjuster of adjusting the biasing force to the press lid 13.
