PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold pressure welding tool capable of pressure welding ends of a metal wire material without requiring a large space in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the metal wire material, a cold pressure welding system, and a cold pressure welding method.;SOLUTION: The cold pressure welding tool includes first Y direction driving parts 5A and 5B for moving a first V block 2A and a second V block 2B in directions approaching each other in the Y direction.
