PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow path member 1 that prevents dust such as fine burrs and is manufactured with reduced man-hours.;SOLUTION: The flow path member 1 is formed by stacking and bonding an inflow part 2 having an inlet 7, a flow path part 3 constituting a flow path 19, a filter part 4 constituting a filter 9 crossing the flow path 19, an outflow part 5 having an outlet 10 communicating with the flow path 19, and a closing part 6 closing the flow path 19. A nozzle is not clogged with fine burrs separated and falling off from a parting line formed during metal molding. A method for manufacturing the flow path member is excellent in mass-productivity by reducing a bonding process and a cleaning process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
