PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a printing plate that can uniformalize the projection height of an unevenness pattern on a surface.;SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a step of forming the unevenness pattern, using photolithography technique, on an active layer 14a of an SOI substrate 14k having an SiO2 box layer 14b to make a mold 14; a step of applying a liquid form resin 13a onto an unevenness pattern surface of the mold 14; a step of sandwiching a layer of the liquid form resin 13a applied onto the unevenness pattern surface of the mold 14 to make the mold 14 press a glass substrate 52, and heating the resin while pressing to cure the liquid form resin 13a, resulting in making a cured resin layer 13; and a step of peeling off the mold 14 from the cured resin layer 13 to obtain the printing plate 50 on which the unevenness pattern is transferred and which is formed of the cured resin layer 13 and the glass substrate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
