PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict the number of use according to a date.;SOLUTION: In a computer 1, calculating means 1c calculates variation of the number of visitors according to date property on the basis of visitor history showing the number of visitors for each date stored in data information storage means 1a and date property showing property of a date determined according to the date, and prediction means 1d predicts the number of use of business store systems 2 according to the variation of the date property determined for a date being a prediction object.
