FIELD: equipment for transmission of video signal, in particular, for subscription cable TB systems. SUBSTANCE: system for optimization of program transmission has generator of program which has multiple program segments for implementation of planning algorithm, unit for transmission of program segments according planning algorithm. Latter unit provides possibility of simultaneous transmission of arbitrary segment to several receivers. Corresponding receiver has buffer memory which stores transmitted program segments. Planning algorithm guarantees that user's receiver receives all program segments in order to provide real-time playback. Receiver is controlled by controller and recognizes received program segments by their identifier so that redundant segments are stored later in buffer memory from which they can be retrieved, decompressed and immediately played back.
